Richard maCinnis - Owner of fit into you, Personal Trainer
With over 12 years of hands-on experience in personal training, Ricky MacInnis is the driving force behind Fit Into You. He advocates for the universal accessibility of exercise, believing it should be inclusive of all individuals, irrespective of age, experience, background, or current fitness level. Ricky began his entrepreneurial efforts following over seven years of personal training in Harvard Square in Cambridge, MA. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Ricky started his premium in-home training service, a specialty offering that is still provided by his company, Fit Into You. His award-winning service led him to open his private training studio located in Concord, MA in the beginning of 2023.
Having worked closely with leading physical therapists, he excels in designing personalized programs that accommodate individuals managing discomfort or recovering from injuries. Ricky specializes in building strength and muscle, increasing bone density, and minimizing the risk of pain or injury. Helping individuals work around their low back discomfort, specifically involving sciatica related symptoms, has been a distinct focal point.
His meticulous approach combines purposeful movement with exercise intensity to help clients achieve their goals safely and effectively. This passion for fitness and helping others has led him to create a unique environment where each client has his undivided attention, within a completely private space. He has continued to earn numerous certifications and accumulate hundreds of hours of continuing education in the field, never giving up his belief in learning and getting better.
