I became interested in training after years of competitive sports. It was incredible for me to be able to combine my two passions; fitness and helping others. I found great happiness working out of Harvard Square in Cambridge, MA for almost 7 years and met some amazing clients and friends. I’m currently taking on personal training clients throughout the Concord, MA area and out of my private studio there, Fit Into You.

The overall goal in my business is to provide the best fitness service possible, regardless of age, gender, and goal. I focus solely on 1-on-1 training in order to cater to each individual’s desired result, and work hard to provide the safest and most effective workout environment possible. I specialize in building strength and muscle, increasing bone density, and minimizing risk of pain or injury. I have helped many say goodbye to chronic pain, by supplying purposeful movement and exercise programming precision. Helping individuals work around their low back discomfort, specifically involving sciatica related symptoms, has been a distinct focal point.

If you are not local to the Greater Boston region or prefer online help, I also offer remote services. Corporate group classes and fitness consulting are other business offerings outside of private training. You can learn more about these by contacting me directly. In the past, I have hosted in-house education seminars focused around connecting and mentoring personal trainers and hope to continue this in the future.
